I read the article about forward loop by Ian B last year. I was ready
mentaly but I couldn't make it.  So those of you who know how to do
forward, could you give me some advice? I usualy sail between 4.0 - 5.3 /
bump & jump.

I think I've seen Derrick do one of those
and I saw Dave do one last month when he hit bottom
at the Hole.
Just as long as I can do it without my hair getting wet.

Keith, he was asking about looping, not pooping.

I do it by burrying the nose of my board in an upcoming wave.  The rest comes
naturally.  You didn't say it had to be in the air.  :)

I have actually done half and 3/4 loops in the air and landed upside
down.  It's the wierdest feeling and often I land on my back and the
momentum keeps me rotating underwater, sometimes I have even been able to
sail away after comming up out of the water.
For the guy that wanted the advice... practice doing downwind jumps,
learn how to lift up your feet to make the board go downwind in the jump,
then while staying in the harness transfer the center of effort estreamly
forward by sheeting in with back hand and out with front.  That will make
the sail do a forward loop.  All you have to do is follow it.
