Sport Today

I'll be in Costa Rica for a week ot two this summer checking out the wildlife
(human and otherwise).  I know it's not the windy season, but if the winds
pick-up for a day or two while I'm in the Lake Arenal area I'll get the need
for some freshwater speed.  Anyone have any info/suggestions on renting decent
windsurfing gear and cheap to moderate places to crash for a night or two?
