I just got the new 98 SLE 278. It rips! Great slalom board. Superfast, turns
great, and even has a big sail range. I use a 7.0 down to a 5.0.

I have ridden both the mistral 278 and the F2 Ride 277, Personally found the
ride a faster board and very easy to jybe, the mistral was just as nice to
gybe and felt is though it had a little more volume(although both are quoted
at 103l).
I own the F2 ride 277.....and you can't do better....in my eyes!!
