 Why doesn't somebody write a newsgroup FAQ if so many people are
getting upset about atitudinal  postings and off topic stuff.
alt.surfing did one and they seem quite happy with it.

There is a site:   windsurfer.com   which has a comprehensive list of world wide
venues  and equipment on which visitors are invited to post comments of their
own.

I made two contributions on venues about a month ago but they never came up,
what's more the site did not appear to update at all.

Does anyone know what happened?  It's still there but dormant. The concept is
excellent.
