Hiya,

Augusts Windsurf magazine has an article about the Tushingham 1993 brochure
shoot. They went to the Isles of SCilly, and it looks a great place for a late
summer holiday!

Has anyone been? How can I find out more information?

Cheers,

Greg
Has anoyne been? What was it like? Anyone know how to find out more information

I recently met Jamie Knox (Tushingham pro sailor) in Dingle, a small village in
the southmost tip of Ireland. He was just back from the photo shoot in Scilly
and he said it was the most beautiful place he had ever sailed. Apparently
not only are the waves and the wind excellent but the Islands themselves are
beautiful. He said: "Everywhere you look, in every square meter, there are
more colors than you could imagine, flowers and plants cover everything".
Sounds great.

P.S. He also rates Brandon bay near Dingle as one of the best venus in Europe.
20-30 foot waves, cross shore winds and rarely anyone else out.
He now lives close by and runs a windsurfing school and board rental
place. He offers lessons to any level and will arrange accommodation.
I have his brochure at home - mail me for phone no./more details.
