Does anyone have any recommendations on how to tape sprained fingers
for windsurfing? Pictures or video would be helpful. I nailed my index
finger a while back and it's just about ready... I just want to make
sure I don't miss any more of this season.

"Buddy wrap" it to your ring finger (just use the adjacent finger as a
brace) I'd wrap above and below the joint involved.
