Selling my ERock because I have recently purchased a similar sized carbon
board.
If you aren't familiar with ERocks, they are one of the best all-around
boards ever. Durable, gybes are great, speed OK, and stability wonderful.
Handle from 5.0 to 6.0 sails best. Perfect for inland sailing.
8'10", about 105 litres. This board is a 1993 (I think). Ebase finbox.
It was repaired (by me) carefully in 1995 to fix some heel dents around
rear deck area. Pads added at that time. Honestly, this probably added
a pound to the board weight, and made it pretty bulletproof. I haven't
noticed much difference in performance since. Still planes off quickly
in 6.0 and better.
Board includes straps and base (Bic). I want $300 Cdn for it, and think it
is a good price. Local interests only, please, since at this price,
shipping is out of the question.
I have a 13.5 Rainbow RS fin that is great with this board. Would include
it for $75 extra. (Sorry, but can use it on new board with adapter and
save $140 for new Tuttle fin !).
