North-Europe: Denmark has some great wavespots (Klitm?ller, Norra
Voruper,Vigso etc.)
South-Europe: loads of good places (Guincho in Portugal, La Torche in
France, Cornwall has tons of good beaches...)

One for your bookmarks:  a guide to windsurfing in Ireland, by Joe Meehan.  
Has some other good stuff as well, like images, etc.  Covers a whole lot
