I have added a file on weather data sources on the internet to the FAQ
library on bears.ucsb.edu, and will post it so everyone can get a look
without ftp'ing.

Now, can someone write up a consensus on sailing rules? I think all
would benefit from a summary of the recent thread. Either post it or
send it to me, and it will become part of the ftp data base.
