Hi, I'm going soon to Dominican Republic. Is that a good place for
funboard? Does the resorts over there supply good funboard gear?
Any comment concerning the subject please let me know.

Thank's in advance,

I went to Club Med there one March.  The happiest guy was
the one who brought his own 8 meter sail.  The equipment was
okay, but well used and smooth: bring your booties or you'll slip
off the board.  If you want high wind maybe go to Cabarete.

I've been down to the Club Med there twice (back in 1982 or so), and the
wind was great for windsurfing.  Was too much for me (a novice at the time),
but the instructors were having plenty of fun!  Go for it!
