July's a good month for wind, as far as Cabarete. I went there twice at the
beginning of August. The first time we lucked out with a couple of 4.5 days,
but most of the time it was 5.5ish. The second trip was much lighter, and
apparently more typical: 5.5-6.0 each afternoon. Great beginner wave site.
