Can anyone confirm a report that I heard recently about the Mistral Flow
276's (the green boards) delaminating in certain places?  I was told that
Mistral had problems with their Malaysian plant and recently closed that
plant due to excessive number of boards with this problem.

Many of them softened between the straps from foot wear, and even in untouched
spots, according to many discussions here and to a dealer I talked to. One
source claimed a friend had gone through five warranty replacements. Another
dealer told me they had nothing but trouble with Mistral products AND service
across the board, so stopped carrying Mistrals.

In the meantime, I sure like my new Green Flow 266.

Yes they did have a problem of delamination with the Flow series (the
green ones).
The factory producing them was the Cobra factory in Thailand. Now they
moved their production of thermoformed boards back the Germany, to the
old Fanatic factory which they just bought.

the flow series was never produced in Cobra; the 1st year's production
(maybe a bit more) was all done in the now closed Malaysian factory. Even
the so called "custom" line wasnt by cobra.  AFAIK delams were common on
these thing.

the naish series is cobra produced.
