Help! How do I unstick boom ext.?

Okay, so I screwed up. I left my boom extensions in my boom
(unrinsed) over the winter. Now I can't get them unstuck. I tried
soaking them in fresh water, *** in various degrees, many
expletives, etc. Is there some chemical solvent I don't know
about? Should I try a blow torch? Is my only recourse to chop
them and save them for 3.5 days?

Have you tried to remove the tubes from the boom ends?  Windsurfing Hawii
usually come apart if you remove one side of the outhaul end and use the
boom end to twist the extension  tube

Try vinegar...I used it on all my board bags that froze up and it worked
like a charm.

Perhaps some one already suggested this but try putting the
clew end on the ground and hang from the front end and try
to push the extensions in.  Once they break loose they'll
come right out and it's a lot easier to apply force to push
in than pull out.
