There are not any Windsurfing shops in Arlington but there are two shops
nearby. East of Maui has two locations, one in Bethesda, MD (about 20 minutes
from Arlington) and Annapolis, MD (about 50 minutes) from Arlington. The shop
in Annapolis is a little larger, newer, and a littlre more complete.
