Advice wanted - Challenge Flex

I know this thread was discussed a couple of months ago but I didn't pay enough
attention at the time, sorry. :-(

FOr those of you who have Mistral Challenge Flex boards, please send me your
observations/comments about the board and what you think they're worth. I would
use the short tail for surf sailing (mostly) and some bump-n-jump and the
big tail for slogging around in San Diego on semi-windy days. Could I use a
big sail (7.0 or so) on this board? How about a 4.0?

Despite the recent rash of negativism about the Windsurfing rag, I was duly
impressed with the cover shot and the centerfold. Now *that* is Real Man's(tm)
surf sailing! :-) Kinda reminds me of Rich Meyer getting gobbled by that
double-mast-high wave on Massive Monday of the Aloha Classic II. Awesome!

Speaking of pictures, the GIF that Juri put in alt.binaries.pictures.misc is
great! Thanks for a great screen background! It's nice to have something that
is already large enough to use as a background without blowing it up.

P.S. The storms are lining up off the coast - San Diego may be in for some
more 5.0 weather this weekend. This is great! Hope you other folks in SoCal
get some wind - let's hear some reports if you do.

Yes, but unfortunately they never publish good pics which can be pulled out and put on your office wall like all centerfold. All the surfing mags do.
