Sometimes it's difficult to read about the Gorge, Hawaii and the Caribbean
when up here in Chicago, one of our best windsurfing spots is a little
lake that's surrounded by an industrial landscape called Wolf Lake or as
dubbed by my friend Don back in 1983 "Dioxin Lake.".
I'm curious to see if any of my fellow Chicago Area windsurfers have any
fun or humorous stories about their experiences windsurfing at Wolf Lake.

Dave, Wind Tracks ran a great story and incredible high wind photos on
Wold Lake two years ago. We're looking for another story/photos on that
