In So. Yarmouth you will be really close to West Dennis Beach, which
gets the same wind as Kalmus. Plus you get to save yourself the $8 for
parking if the house you are renting from has the beach passes. You have to
launch down at chair 11; just ask the people at the gate. To get there just
hop onto Rt. 28 heading East. You will cross over a little bridge and on your
right will be a Texaco Station and a blue sign saying W. Dennis Beaches follow
the signs.
Northerly Wind:
From So. Yarmouth take Rt 28 to Union St. North to Rt. 6a. Take left on
6a you will pass Chapin, Mayflower and Corperation Beach which all have nice
northly exposures (sp?).
