A friend brought this trick back from Cabarete.
Put a plastic bag (grocery bag) over your foot before you pull your
wet/drysuit on........slick as sh*t......careful you don't put your knees
through!!!
And for those of you with tight neck seals............well maybe not.

Check out O'Neill's Polypro/Thermo socks. They have introduce this product
a few yeard back and it is design for easy entry and removal of wetsuits
around your foot. It workd great.

I have found some dish soap also works.

I tried the bag on the foot technique yesterday evening and can fully endorse
it. I was in the suit in 20 seconds and saved all manner of contortions. That
gave me an extra 2 minutes of sailing!
