I'm thinking of moving to Japan maybe and was trying to get an idea of the
windsurfing scene out there.

How much would it cost to hire a board out there, I'm a beginner so nothing
fancy, and where are the good places to go and are there any places which
are within easy reach (i.e. day trip distance) of large cities.
