Help - need info on climbing in Kentucky!!

Help. Does anyone have any information that
can help me find out if there is sport climbing anywhere
near Bowling Green (sp) Kentucky. I've been very spoiled
out here in Colorado with Rifle, Shelf Road and Boulder. I am
specificly interested in what's available in the 5.12 to low 5.13
grades. Thanks for any input as I am contemplating a major life change.

I find it hard to believe that no word of Red River Gorge ever reached
Colorado, especially among 5.12 sport climbers. You'll probably receive
2000 messages explaining how to get there. If you're willing to drive a
bit this section of the US (West Va, Kentucky, Tenn etc) has a lot to
offer, yes even for ex-Boulderites...

There's a guidebook called "Sport Crags of the East" by Steve Cater that
should be pretty easy to find around there. It covers everything from
Tenn to Quebec (now that would be a long drive !)

Red River is where you want to be for 5.12 sport routes.
Don't get antsy though, you will find that the grades here
are NOT the same as out west, and you could really get
spanked goes double for trad routes.

There is a "guide" on the WWW, on the climbing archieve
I think.  I guess I know... I wrote it.  Anyway, I don't WWW-it
much, so you'll have to locate the sight yourselves.
Hmmm... perhaps it's time for an update of the old page...
