Waterproof/windproof pants

Post by sch.. » Mon, 10 Dec 2001 03:34:02

I am searching for comments on various brands and style of
windproof/waterproof pants. Specifically, I am looking to pruchase a
pair of skiing/snowshoeing/mountaineering pants.
I am looking at North Face, Mountain Hardware, Sierra Designs, Etc.
I would like positive an dnegative comments. Whatever you are willing to
post.

Thanks.

More detail.  What environment?  What are you going to do them,
and with them?

All the brands you mentioned are good quality.  ***Remember, you get
what you pay for.   Generally, if the jacket recieves good reviews
then the matching pants should be equal quality.

For reviews on jackets (I have an excellent Mountain Hardwear
Exposure)I look at these.  I don't remember if they have just pants
reviews....
