Dealing with Bahookaboy on Ebay....

Post by Charly Whitake » Thu, 25 Mar 2004 06:33:12

Just a heads up warning for anyone considering buy any kites from John
Perusse (Bahookaboy) on Ebay.  I bid on a hot colored NoNaMe he had on
Ebay, but asked if he had another that wasn't in hot colors.  I was
promised another NoNaMe in cool colors, but John shipped me the hot
colored one instead of the promised cool colored one.  I asked that he
refund my money, or send me the kite he promised.  All he did was take
the money, and leave negative feedback in my name because I demanded he
ship the kite we agreed on.  AVOID dealing with this jerk.

You can complain to eBay about his name calling in feedback. It's one of the
few things they *may* remove the bad feedback for. They definitely will for
cussing, and 'Dip' comes awfully close.

Judging by the way he responds to negative feedback it won't be long before
he self destructs anyway, if that's any consolation.

What I have done with Jerks like him in the past is reply to their feedback
(Follow up) with a webpage detailing every email conversation I sent to the
person and every email they sent back to me !!

Graeme,
The seller and I had a verbal agreement that he would ship me a cool
colored one instead of the hot colored one.  He never kept his word.
What part of this didn't you understand?  I left a negative feedback
because he didn't honor his word to me.

What kind of twit asks for something different than what is being
offered in an auction?  You also imply that you left neg. feedback
after he did, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

You want to pick colors, go to a KITE STORE!!  I've also heard that
there are some places where you can buy/trade kites online, but I've
heard they are cluttered and hard to navigate.

Messing with somebody's feedback over something this stupid is
reprehensible.

Quit buying, go flying.

Graeme,
You of all people should talk about going back on your word.  When I
joined your Mickey Mouse little IRC group, you knew full well that I was
the WKA president, and that I owned Kite Classifieds as well as founded
the Yahoo group for kite flying in the pacific north west.  You got your
panties in a knot because you felt I was trying to take away members
from your group, when in fact I was trying to stir interest in your IRC
group by talking about it in my groups.  So you decide to ban me from
your IRC group, and sent your wife to tell me...lol  I think that speaks
volumes about you, and what your all about.  Go clean up your own back
yard before you come digging in mine.

Sincerely
Charly Whitaker
