I tried to download the plans, but all that came through was lines of code.
Any idea what is wrong?

Hi

They are in .rar format. and download ok from this end.
what have you got.rar linked to?

If you look under Windows Explorer-Tools-Folder Options-File Types it will
tell you in there.

If you still have problems, then feel free to post in the new forum topic I
have created on my site.

[SNIP]

How about _not_ using .rar for files?

At least .zip is available for non-Windows platforms.  And I just hate
having to track down some cruddy bit of software to install it on my
SPARC just so I can look at something.

Also, add a contact link, somewhere.

        Cheers,
                Gary    B-)

Yea, I agree, .zip is Much more universal....  I went thru the
"process"..  had to switch to explorer, as netscape wouldn't download it
at all, then I had to go and download and install the winrar thingie,
Then, when I extracted it, it actually opened in still another "orphan"
program lurking on my pewter, called,  Ghost View...  (I think because
it opens as a postscript file or something)....  so all in all, it was a
pain in the butt, and I wouldn't have bothered if it weren't for the
snowstorm that hit...  was it worth it?  Probably, if you like
collecting ideas..
Just my thoughts..

Hi

To all thanks for the feedback

I have now zipped up the plans and converted the .ps(postscript) files to
pdf

The results are not as good as I had hoped for but at least you can read
them.
