London Kite Festival (Today)

Hi All,

My wife and I just got back from The London Kite Festival after one of the
best free days out we have had in years. There is something for everyone.

I have about 25 photos if anybody would like copies (Just contact me so I
can figure out how to send them)

So if you are felling a bit down tomorrow after the football or just feel
like celebrating go along to Hackney Marshes.

the directions are on the festival web page:-
http://www.netspaces.com/londonkitefestival

Just remember to take plenty of liquids (in case the beer tent runs dry)

Just for the record I have absolutely no connection with the organisers, but
if any are reading this then a big thank you from us for a fantastic day.

I would second that!! A stunning day, single line, dual line,
quads and power stuff everywhere. Kids sleds filling the sky. A
beer tent and ice cream van. It maybe free entry, but the shops
took my money! Two nice new toys to play with tomorrow.

A great day and lots of kites, supurb

Hi

Went to Hackney yesterday, now suffering with sun burnt but had a brilliant
day out. Have around 25 or so photos in jpeg format if someone wants them, I
haven't got the time myself to put them on a web page.
