Zell am Ziller - is that a good choice

We are a group planning a trip to Zell am Ziller. Its that a good choice,
and is it easy to go to the Zillerthal area without wasting too much time?
How is the snow situation usually ?

Another place we where considering was Kirchberg, near Kirchbugel. Are there
anyone who as any experiences with that area ?

The group ranges from beginner to above middle.

Zell am Ziller - is that a good choice

I was there this summer and found that the different resorts that the
Zillertal Area is made up of seems quite far from each other.
Since Zillertal hasn't really claimed good snow results the last years
(maybe except from last year) you might have to use the glacier is snow is
poor.
The only troubly is that it's quite far to the Hintertux glacier from the
beginning of the valley (where most resorts seem to be).

I would recommend S?lden which has both glacier and some of the highest
skiing in Austria.
Qvistgaard, Trip-Tours, Gislev, Dan Ski go there.
If you wanna read more I suggest looking at my homepage which is located at
