Skiing Alaska

Skiing Alaska

I saw an ad in Powder for snowcat skiing in Alaska and called the place
up; I was told that the temperature there averaged in the mid-20's in
February. Does anyone have experience skiing in Alaska?  How cold is it in
February?  This snowcat operation (Glacier Snowcat) is near Hatcher Pass,
supposedly not too far from Anchorage.  Sounds very enticing (15-25000
vertical/day), but I'm concerned about the weather.  Haven't got any
pricing information yet, but I was told they are cheaper than similar
operations in the lower 48.
