Can somebody explain this? My dealer tells me that it is possible only on the
longest (207 cm). The Voile Release is 5.5 cm wide, and it is successfully
mounted on my old Aasnes and Dynastar that is about 5.5 cm wide. I have
measured a pair of MTXs, 197 cm long, and they are 6 cm wide on the top of
the ski where the release is mounted. Is it the internal structure of the ski
that must not be damaged, or what? Why is it possible on the longer skis?
