Someone was trying to convince me that last year's hot ski, the
Salomon ProLink EXP demo, is no longer available.  Is she pulling
my leg?

Can someone clarify for me the Salomon Prolink line-up for this season?

thanks in advance.

Not true, it's now the EXP 'S'

        Equipes - race/technical skis

As best I can say, 1s=GS 3s=true slalom 2s=all-mountain slalom
                > The 9200 is sort of a more affordable dual-eventer

Then Forces = all-mountain experts, 3s being more dedicated to
        bumps than the 2s

Axendos are 'shaped' AME skis (did I just paraphrase SKI? )

Exp 's' is a really nice versatile cruiser, EXP Lite is lighter (duh!)

Anyone who can clarify more, would help me too

According to Salomon, 1s=GS, 2s=Classic Slalom, 3s='Modern Slalom'

2s:                                    3s:
      (                                   (_
       \                                    |
        \                                  _)
         )                                |
        /                                 (_
       /                                    |
      (                                    _)

Where the 'Classic' is a rounded turn, and the 'Modern' is a sort of
hook turn.
Hope this helps.
