I have a grade 1 adductor strain and have been off running for 6 weeks. I
did a short run yesterday and was fine during the run but am a little sore
around the groin area today. I am trying to work out whether this is just
something I'll need to go through whenever I start up again (ie
acclimatising the scar tissue to my running load) or whether it means I'm
not ready to startup again yet. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?
