tearing up the ground all at once? I am three weeks into being a
runner, and joined a group that meets once a week and offers
training and assistance for new runners...this was the first
thing they told me, after "get some running shoes". It's made all
the difference. I thought I couldn't run at all until someone
showed me how to pace myself, THEN work up to speed after you
have a decent distance going.
