Hello all... Long time lurker, first time poster (in this NG).
I have been running on and off for about two years but I am beginning
to become fairly dedicated and consistent.
Currently, I am running in a pair of NB 714's and I like these shoes
more than any other running shoe I have used in the past. In the
interest of increasing my weekly mileage without succumbing to injury,
I am researching to determine what type of shoe I SHOULD be using. My
running shoes tend to wear out and go flat along the outside edges.
My feet point almost exactly straight forward but I run on the outside
edges. Without knowing the technical terms for describing how I use
my feet when I run, I will give the old college try... My small toes
are long (almost as long as my big toe) and I therefore use them more
to push off. I believe this is why I tend to run on the outside part
of my foot. My arches are average (I think).
Any information/advice would be appreciated...
Thanks in advance!!!
Go Well,
carpediem
