On 01 August 2011, Yoga Teacher, Tony Eason completed his first marathon training run of 2.7 miles.  

On 10 July 2012, Newbie Marathon Runner, Tony Eason completed his last training run of 22 miles.

On 29 July 2012, After putting the road bike aside & 1yr of marathon training,  Tony Eason becomes part of the 1% of 1% of the U.S. Population that completes a full 26.2 mile marathon by completing the San Francisco Marathon. #SFM2012

Sounds like good proper training there are so many people doing
complete a thins without long training runs!

There are however in my mind hordes and hordes of people doing these
days doing the 26.2 shuffle off to buffalo.

Unless I am reading this wrong it was probably you that posted the
original.

Welcome to rec running Mr. Tony.

It might make me understand you and why you posted here better if you
talk to us directly instead of referring to yourself in the 3rd
person ... just ( at least to me ) seems kind of ... awkward.

Tell us about your training runs and plans and why you enjoy running.
Promoting your site directly here should probably be minimized.
