8 weeks after the complete fracture -- but non-compound fracture of my
lower fibula/ankle fracture -- the hard cast is off; and the boot is
on.

But the swelling is still so bad, I cannot move anything in my foot,
but wiggle slightly my toes.

It seems very bad.

A doctor told me today, ther foots 6 weeks for the edema to resolve
better before any physical rehab is ordered for my foot.

My goal in life meanwhile is to be able to rotate my foot.

It's God getting even for all your idiotic cross-posting.  You
recovery is proportional to the length of time we stop seeing the
homeless x-posting shit.,

Not many doctors on this newsgroup.  Best advice is to see a competent
sports medicine doc along with a physical therapist.

My guess would be that you may not be a very good patient and that you
may aggravate your docs thus reducing your chances of getting the best
care ... just a guess based on how you post.

Other advice would be not to enter the Oil Creek 100 mile race!

On a nicer note, patience Twitt.

The swelling will go down and likely aided by Ice and maybe an NASID.
I'm sure the doc gave you specific advice what you should, and should
not do.

Don't worry it will turn a lovely black and blue as it heals and look
ugly as hell. Your foot  will return to normal over time.

Good one! :), I didn't even see Doug's replies, I must have pretty good filter.

I thought you would ask Twitt to do it and take a long detour.
