Greetings wreck runners!  Please tell us about your training week and
goals.

    40M or so in 4 runs, trying to pay attention to posture and cadence.
60k trailrace next weekend if things works out.

Simple goal: To get off my dead ass and run again. I've been a couch potato all freakin' week for no good reason other than a blue funk. I even ate donuts. I feel like I weigh a ton. Time to get your ass in gear! Move it! (That's just me to me. I'm certainly not yelling at any of you.)
