I'm hoping to run the La Jolla Half Marathon in April, but it will be a
flying visit en route from a conference. Can anyone suggest somewhere
reasonably priced to stay in La Jolla? Everything I've found on the web
is exhorbitant (and the university won't be paying :(

Also, any comments on the race? It will be my first half - longest so
far is 10K.
