It can be done. I did it. I trained 3 days a week with Sunday as my long run
and completed a marathon in May (Cleveland). I am 49.
I documented it and received lots of positive comments, so if anyone is
interested in trying to do the same, check it out.

another website on the run itself, and then another article on the after
