+++ Check out your Chiropractor, I did for the cyatica (?) that pain in
the heal of your foot, and he did wounders.  Three visits - 8 yrs. ago

AFAIK sciatica is low back pain, usually on one side, which can radiate
down the leg.  I've never heard of pain *only* in the heel of the foot
called sciatica.

I would also rather see a physio for a heel spur than a chiropractor as
the chiros I've met manipulate joints (mostly in the back), but a heel
spur is an abnormal growth of bone (which usually causes pain) and not
(IMO) related to any joints, especially in the back.
