Getting Back Into Training After Illness

I have been sideswiped this winter by a *** bronchitis that is only now
starting to abate.  I am at least not wheezing....   Anyway, I really want
to get back to running, but don't want to risk getting sick again.  I was
doing 3-4 miles a day, 4x/week consistently and doing fine before this awful
bug hit me in January.  Thanks for any suggestions, or beginning re-training
regimens.

Mark,

I fought bronchitis this winter also.  No fun at all.  I whent out
a little too soon and got sick again.  But I am now enjoing running
again.  You'll be fine, but you may find that you have lost much of
your aerobic fitness. It will come back but it takes time.
