Fall allergies

Fall allergies

:>I really look forward to fall running, it is much cooler. The only
:>problem is that this is the time of the year that my allergies start to
:>really act up. From Sept. until late Nov. when all the leaves are gone.
:>Running seems to make it worse since I am out in the open air sucking
:>up all the things that drive my sinuses and eyes wild. Any suggestions?

Non-drowsy-formula antihistamines such as Sudafed.  If you take
Benadryl, you'll get too sleepy to want to run.

Allergy shots provide more permanent relief, but they take a few years
to bear fruit.
