What a great place! I made holidays in Playa this summer and it was a
very good time.
There are many tourists at February but also many diveshops. You have to
look around, because the prices differ much. Directly at the pedestrian
road (5th avenue) there are about five diveshops.
The Seafari Diveshop have very good offers to the nearly cenotes, where
you must have to go!!
I think its about 100US$ for two dives inclusive transport,lunch and
Anotherone is Studio Blue, which have another office in Cozumel. If you
want to go there have a look at this Diveshop.
Thang Ha is the dirth one I remember, with local trips,cenote diving
(60US$ for one cenote dive, 100US$ for two) and tours to Cozumel.
Yucatec diveshop is specially prefered by american divers, but I'm

There is one diveshop directly one the beach called Nautic Divers, lead
by a mexican and a german guy, but they only offer local trips, south
and noth of the coast.
Places to go out: The Tapa Bar, Zoulu Lounge,Media Luna,Blue Parrott Bar
and Captain Tutix.
