Give it up buddy.  We are skydivers and dont have that kind of money
to blow on a barren pice of land in the middle of nowheresville.

Just because you got suckered doesnt mean the we want to bail you out.

We go to Lost Prarie for the boogie, spend our money and leave.  Who
the heck wants to drop $75,000 and have a parcel of land to take care
of?  With that kind of money, you could fly around the world for the
next 10 years, stay in hotels and have a skydiving trip every year.

Youre sad.

Do you realize how many people you are insulting?  Just because you
can't afford a purchase such as this, never jumped at Lost Prairie and
probably never have, there are actual many skydivers who are
professionals and do appreciate how beautiful Lost Prairie truly is.
I suggest you visit the area and see how many folks have beautiful
homes on the DZ, live there year round and are proud to be an owner.

Insulting many people?  You mean you are not the only one that got suckered?

That pride comes, at least partially, from having payed a reasonable price
for the land.
What is the appraised value of the land?
If it's any where near $75,000, how come you've been unable to sell it after
all this time?

Sure a DZ is there but it is in the middle of NO WHERE.  It is a 50
min drive to Kalispel.  If you lived there, you would have to drive
for EVERYTHING.  Why not buy in Kalispel?  You could walk to the 7-11,
get a pizza, rent a movie and when it moves you to skydive, go to the
DZ?

I think he is trying to sell it to us skydivers because he is posing
in our news group.  If he wanted to sell it otherwise he would be
posting in:
