I got some questions, why do the Pro. cyclist usually put their saddle
higher than their handle? Is it better for sprint? Posture? or just
style only? I don't really know, but what I know is that when I put it
to high, my leg can seem to touch the ground when stopped. Please
Is there a proper way for drill? I cycle twice a week at least 5 km
like that (is it too little?) ... but I don't know is it correct or
not? Any advice/guidance?
Another thing is that, is helmet essential? I think it is but I can't
seem to be able to convince my dad to get me one. Anybody out there
got any better idea or experiences that he and I should know in order
to do so?
