Walking is preferable due to lesser damage to your joints.

a good lead into jogging.

I found this was true, a surprise at the efficacy.

I went into intervals via Bike Mag and Lance's exercise book having ex for specific bike ex development areas.

I'm sidelined now from excessive pesticides in the area. We have a dirt pile half mile away, the bike path runs thru the swamp bombed with mosquito control.

baaaaad

but knee lifts for the main knee tendon, press downs for kateral mediakis, and ankle /toe lifts plus stretching support ongoing bike use.

I'm looking to start a trek ex program for the Conti Divide Trail. Maybe those ***s at BM can come up with one ?

theres EXRX

and

BM
