Hi and ALOHA All; I hope that this will find Youall in good sprites
and ready for the New Year.
Wednesday was the first time that rode my new paint. I had a friend
and trainer put the first 5 rides on him. I have reached 65 yr. old and
I do not get on the colts for the first rides anymore. Am I a chicken or
have I reached the smart level. Anyhow I rode Silver to the Monument in
Kealakekua Bay. He was real green but he did as I directed him to do and
I had a real good training session on him. Silver is 29 months old and
he comes out of a black and white highbred paint mare and his father is
a registered Belgium stud. Silver is real stout and he is very tame as
the first 18 months were spent with a family that handled him allot,
even brushed his teeth. When he is loose in the pasture he follows me
like a friendly dog. He has managed to worm his way into my heart and we
all love him. I hope to have him in the cattle pen by spring and who
knows mabe you will ride him to the monument in 2006. Have a good day
and Hau'oli Makahiki Hou. C>U. Online  bones
