Hi everybody!!!
 My name is Petr Hodbod, and I'm a student of the University of
agriculture in Brno, Czech republik. I'm working on the Department of
Animal breeding and my specialisation are horses. My diploma work is
about the Palomino and a history of breeding in Czech rep. And here is my
problem. I'm looking for some software for a genealogy of horses, because
I need write tables of family of horses. And more I'm looking for some
information about a colour of horses (Palomino).

Hello Petr,
This is a thought, much of the geneology software can be used for horse
pedigrees/information on coloration etc. There should be many geneology
groups on internet that would have software for you to try.

        Only problem with genealogy software that I tried was it didn't
like having the same "father" (stallion) "married" to several "wives"
(mares) and with the amount of in- and line-breeding in Arabians, we
never could get past the programmed "morality" of the family tree
program! <grin>

Ahhh..but I could get passed that! I write software that utilizes one to
many..:)
