After a summer long series of injuries/ills, Reggie is finally sound and
healthy. The arena at the barn has been resanded and is a little deep,
so I'm taking my time bringing him back to work in there. We do no more
than a half hour walk/trot. We have been able to trail ride and it is
beautiful with the wonderful weather and the fall foliage.
My lessons on the mare continue to go well and are also helping me to
ride Reggie better. I have noticed that he is very straight with
seemingly no effort and I think it's because I am riding more straight
and balanced.
