How long is the Warranty on a Horse?

How long is the Warranty on a Horse?

Back in 1985 we purchased a horse. She was 7 years old and trained when
we got her.  She was always healthy and always rode well.  Lately she
dont want to be ridden anymore and just stands around doing nothing but
eating.  She used to run and play.  I thought she was a good horse, but
now I wonder if she was defective and it's just starting to show up.
The seller said he would guarantee her, but did not say how long.

Do you think she is still under warranty?

Hmmm....34 years old? well, I'm older than that, quite a lot older, come
to think of it - and my wife is not having much success claiming on my
performance under warranty (yep, I sit around doing nothing, quite a bit
too) so I don't fancy your chances: perhaps the next buy will hold up a
little better?
