This is probably just his bulking phase. It started in 1995 and should
finish around 2034. When he's done, he's GONNA BE RIPPED!!!!

Random guy: Are you a bodybuilder?
Chad: Yeah.
Random guy: I thought so. I bet you drink a gallon of milk each day.
Chad: (flexes) MILK'S FOR PUSSIES!!! I DRINK POWERADE!!!!! (shirt rips in
two and hits random guy in face)

Boiled meat tastes like cardboard. Grills are your friend. Herbs and
spices add practically no fat or carbs and negligible sodium, and
actually make food enjoyable. Of course, the white rice makes it all a
waste. Even basmati would have been better.

It's amazing what a well-seasoned skillet, a teaspoon of olive oil,
some crushed garlic and a few spices will do for that same piece of
chicken.

Or, as I did yesterday, use a 75/25 peanut sesame oil blend, garlic,
ginger, a dash of soy sauce, water, and a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Serve over rice noodles with a romaine salad with cucumbers and
tomatoes and a light sesame dressing. Tasty, healthy.

That's nice. However, your ***-tits weren't built in a day. Your
renown finds its foundation upon these purported behemoths. Have you
ascended to your lofty throne upon the specious missives of
hatemongerers? Is that ironic? Or not?

Perhaps that's because they are lodged deep in your throat, getting tickled
