According to sources, prior to their anticipated 'Legend vs. Icon'
match at this month's Summerslam pay-per-view, Shawn Michaels wanted to
have a private in-ring practice session with Hulk Hogan before the
match itself.

Hogan declined the offer from Michaels, claiming his body can only take
so much physical wear and tear at this point in his life and he doesn't
want to waste any bumps when it's not for money or in front of a crowd.
In some what of a compromise, The Hulkster worked a dark six-man tag
match following this past Monday's RAW, in Pittsburgh on Monday with
Michaels on the opposing team.

This week on Raw, Michaels gave a glimpse of his strategy for wrestling
the largely immobile Hogan at Summerslam. He created movement in
response to Hogan going through limited motions of throwing him around.

Didn't Hogan hurt his ribs in a practice match with The Rock before
WM18? I guess we will never see Hogan go to the top rope and do a
Swanton Bomb like he told Flair a couple of years ago. ;)
