I guess the news hasn't made it to RRC yet, but Rotunda Park is
currently being bulldozed.  The fate of their side-friction coaster is
not known.

BTW, thanks to Tim Baldwin for passing along the news.

Wow, very bad news- two parks with ACE Coaster Classics (Hillcrest being
the other) closing.....I hope the coaster can somehow be saved.

Argh! I'm in England and haven't heard anything about this.

Rotunda really seemed to prosper recently. That's really sad news. Hopefully
their rides will move to Margate or something.

Well I hate to break it to you but it seems like Dreamland is in trouble
too!  It's been reported that the owners have sold it to make way for
more modern leisure activities.  Certainly, a very bleak day.
